Conrad is a dedicated husband and father of three, residing in Toronto, Canada. With a wealth of life experience, including overcoming personal challenges, Conrad has been a pillar of support and guidance for young men since 2011. His passion for mentoring stems from his belief in the power of good habits and emotional healing, which are essential for leading a successful life. Conrad has made it his mission to help young men navigate life’s obstacles, teaching them how to establish a foundation of discipline, resilience, and emotional intelligence.
As a father, Conrad has faced both the joy and heartbreak of parenting, as he grieves the loss of one of his daughters while cherishing the presence of his son and surviving daughter. This experience has further fueled his commitment to nurturing the emotional well-being of others. With the rise of the COVID-19 pandemic, Conrad launched the DaRealReel Podcast, creating a safe and open space for men to talk, heal, and share their struggles. The podcast also encourages women to reconnect with their inherent value, beyond what society often defines as their worth.
Conrad’s journey has been shaped by diverse experiences, from his involvement in the church to the streets, and now to academia and corporate Canada. These perspectives have enriched his approach to life, fostering his commitment to creating meaningful change. Currently, Conrad is focused on being an integral part of the QOC Team, where he works to inspire and uplift those around him, reinforcing his belief in the importance of community and personal growth.
